Erik's Retreat was the perfect stay. We were initially searching for a traditional Airbnb in Edina but couldn't find the right fit that combined a nice space, proximity to the city and airport, and affordability. When we saw that Erik's Retreat was listed as a superhost, we decided to check out their site, and I'm so glad we did. We reserved the Executive Queen for three nights. The room was incredibly spacious, the staff were very kind and communicative, and the property was quiet and beautiful. The complimentary breakfast was the cherry on top, making it an even better experience as we supported a great mission. We will be staying at Erik's for all our future visits to the Twin Cities. Thank you for making us feel at home!

Very large comfortable rooms, clean, all the essentials plus fine cookies and brownies. Southdale mall a short walk away. It was once an assisted living facility - that’s why rooms are so large and have so much storage. Services provided by staff with cognitive disabilities (autism etc) with neurotypical backup. Some live here. Checkin and out is largely automated. Rates relatively low. I would stay here again and recommend to friends and family.

The quietest place I’ve ever stayed in, and what a gift it was! Beautiful room with touches that made the experience feel very much like a high end hotel. Wonderfully comfortable bed, and great shower. Easy check-in and lovely building. I would recommend this to anyone wanting a quiet and restful night away.

A truly lovely experience. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean. This is probably the quietest hotel I've ever stayed at. The hot water was fantastic, did not miss a beat with the hot showers in the morning or the evening. The building itself is beautiful and historic with so many great details and pieces of history and art. Will definitely stay here when visiting the area.

Well layed out rooms. All necessary amenities. Clean. Very well organized. Peaceful. Lots of shopping nearby. All profits go to helping autistic people.
